PRINTING TIP OF THE MONTH…
To produce colour in offset printing there are two options:
- Inks can be mixed to a certain colour (Spot/PMS), and applied to the paper.
- Different amounts of the four basic colours (CMYK – Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black) can be applied in different quantities on the paper to create a large number of colours.
We can simulate many colours by using the process colours: CMYK, but some colours cannot be produced accurately in this way.
